Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled without charge if they haven't been shipped or entered the production process. Should you cancel in time, you’ll receive a full refund. Please note that cancellations are not possible once the product has been dispatched.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and sent back in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from returning items directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged shipping only once (including return shipping), and no restocking fees will apply.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. You’ll be informed whether your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll initiate the refund and issue a credit to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
