The crate as a transportation device has ancient origins and most likely stems from the woven, wicker baskets used in many cultures around the world. Many of us are also familiar with the rugged wooden crates in many styles and formats used to transport valuable items by sea, land and/or air. These containers used by mankind for centuries are the source of inspiration for the EPIC CRATE EX.
